Riva di Bolgheri is the result of a close collaboration between two of the area's leading firms.
The development and construction of the entire complex are overseen by STC Costruzioni, a benchmark in the sector, whose in-depth technical expertise ensures not only the highest standards of quality and construction, but also innovative solutions focused on sustainability, living comfort and maximum energy efficiency.
The architectural design is entrusted to the long-established Studio Tecnico Cappelli, founded in Grosseto in 1955. The practice combines a deep-rooted professional tradition with a contemporary vision, bringing together engineering and architectural expertise.
